Our products are made using a print-on-demand model. This means each item is produced only after your order is placed. This approach reduces waste, limits overproduction, and supports a more sustainable way of creating merchandise.
Because every item is made specifically for you, returns and refunds are limited to cases of production error or damage.
Made-to-Order Process
All items are individually printed or crafted once an order is confirmed. This ensures each product is unique and made to order, rather than mass-produced or stored in inventory.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizes, or changes of mind.
A refund or replacement (store credit) will only be issued if:

The printing or product quality is defective.

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit. Claims submitted after 14 days or without supporting evidence may not be eligible.

Minor variations in print placement or color tone can occur due to the manual production process; these are not considered defects.
